Starters (table service)
Marinated Scottish salmon served with a small potato soup or 
Salad of lukewarm braised veal, 'Rodeval' potatoes and truffle mayonnaise or
Pumpkin soup

Turkey with mushrooms and spring onions served with a light poultry gravy
Rib-eye of veal with a tarragon sauce

Capital Cities Café
Before the performance, in the intermission or after the performance ends, the Capital Cities Café is ready to welcome you. The café is located in the main hall of the WFCC and is open 2½ hours before the curtain rises and for one hour after the performance ends.
