extreme makeover

- “What an atmosphere!” - “Wonderful ambiance.” - “Beautiful!” - “Original and daring.”
Just a few of the comments made by visitors about the restyling of the World Forum. We clearly achieved our goal: everyone feels welcome in our new halls and foyers.

Outside the building, the longest walkway in the world begins – taking you across the world’s seven continents – and delivers you to the World Forum Lobby. The theme of the basement is 'Oceans'. On the ground floor, you can meet on one of the 'Continents' and enjoy a cup of coffee at the Capital Cities Café. On the first floor, you can hold talks in the 'Rivers' region. And on the top floor there is more than enough space for summit meetings in the 'Mountains'.

Our signposting has been harmonised with our new name, logo and the changed routing. In addition, we make use of narrowcasting, among other things. The entrance and foyers have their own individual atmospheres with Italian designer furnishings and soft lighting to create ambiance. The new furbishing of the halls is based on natural elements: modern and stylish. The atmosphere throughout the building is welcoming and comfortable.

The Extreme Makeover is nearing completion. This means that in the coming months the last of the halls, the washrooms, catering facilities and the cloakroom will be restyled. We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to drop by. Click here for a first impression.
